._. never heard of that lol i’ll go check it out (plz God let it not be some gross thing hahah) then i’ll reblog this w my opinion!!
ok i just checked it out, i realize it means no shampooing now hahah!
i just did mini quick research and it seems to me like more girls w curly hair or african american hair do it and i don’t have that kind of hair so idk if it would work w me O: but it seems like they just don’t like how washing it so often doesn’t let the natural oils flow through. that’s why i only wash my hair every 3 days, bc the oil is able to naturally go through my hair. and honestly even when i shampoo every 3 days, it’s still pretty oily after i shampoo. that’s bc i use gentler shampoos made for damaged hair. so it still clarifies but still leaves a lil bit of oil in. so idk i wouldn’t go no shampoo at all i like being able to wash my hair it gives me comfort but honestly if this thing works for you i’d say it’s totally fine :D it is good to keep the natural oils in! but shampooing your hair every so often isn’t horrible either. i’d say shampooing every day wouldn’t be good though, and that’s what they’re comparing it to.
mediocre people i say.

Magnum CLA, L-Carnitine, and EGCG Green tea pills! I got them from a Canadian supplement store called Popeyes but you can probably get them at any supp store like for ex GNC. The ones I got are all natural and are caffeine free ^.^
